Q. When can I Expect My Order?

A. Dryerpods:  When you order your custom Dryerpod we want you to understand that with all the choices we give our customers we do need time and ask that you allow four to six weeks for your custom piece to be created and then it will be shipped via our preferred provider FedEx.

A. Green Laundry Shop products:  Most Green Laundry Shop products are available immediately—we will notify you if there is a back-order. We will ship your order within 5 business days for ground shipments. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays.  Most Green Laundry Shop products are usually processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days!  Standard delivery time is 4-11 business days within the continental United States. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared.

Both DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.  Thank you for your patience!

Q. How much is Shipping?

A. Green Laundry Shop products:

A. We ship out of Colorado and the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are located, the weight of the products being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your merchandise. You will be able to preview the cost of shipping prior to placing your order.

Q. What happens if a product I want is Back-Ordered?

A.  Products can become back-ordered during the course of everyday business and we will do our absolute best to let you know what is back-ordered on the website.  In the event that this happens, you will receive your product as soon as it becomes available and will not be charged any additional shipping.  If for any reason you do not want to wait for the product, you can request a refund for the back-ordered product via e-mail.

Q. Which Credit Cards do you Accept?

A. We accept most major creditcards.  We also accept PayPal.  Currently all transactions go thru PayPal.  You may choose to use a PayPal account or a credit card.

Q. Can I Return Merchandise?

A. We're sorry; we do not accept any returns on DRYERPODS as they are a hand-made, custom, one-of-a-kind orders. 

Q. Can I Cancel my Order?

A. You may only cancel your order the same day of placing your order as we typically ship orders right away.

Q. What happens if my Order Arrives Damaged?

A. If your order is damaged, please e-mail immediately for further instructions  and please reference your order number.

Q. Will I be charged Sales Tax?

A. Only Colorado State residents are subject to sales tax.  We collect Colorado sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Colorado.  Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Q.  Where do you Ship?

A. DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP currently ships within the US 48.

Q.  What about Customs and Duties?

A.  Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. As a business we are obligated to declare all items as merchandise. We are not able to mark items as "gift".  DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP does not maintain Non-Resident Importer status with Canada. DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, duties or any other following costs required to import merchandise. As necessary, customers will be contacted by delivery companies and required to designate a freight broker in order to move goods into Canada. Customers are encouraged to learn the details necessary to assure successful delivery before ordering.

Q.  What about all International Shipments?

A.  We regret that we cannot ship directly to countries other than within the United States 48 at this time. DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees or any other following costs required to import merchandise. DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP does not provide "blanket" NAFTA documents. DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP does not offer Expedited Shipping at this time. Orders shipping to destinations out of the US will contain NAFTA certificates and Commercial Invoices. Some orders may arrive with C.O.D. conditions for that are the responsibility of the customer. International orders that are undeliverable will be returned and customers will be required to pay for outbound and return freight plus 50% of the merchandise cost.

Q.  How do I know the Status of My Order?

A.  Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at

Q.  What about Shipping - Notifications?

A.  When domestic shipping labels are prepared online and printed, customers will receive notification via email from either the USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex depending on the shipping method selected. If you do not receive this email within 2 to 4 days after placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder or contact us. This email will include your Delivery Confirmation Number (if USPS) or Tracking Number (if UPS). Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual Tracking number, but rather simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination. We therefore strongly urge all customers to carefully consider their shipping option in relation to the final destination. UPS with signature confirmation is strongly recommended for larger, urban areas.

Q.  What about Shipping - Transit & Insurance?

A.  Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP are no longer liable. All orders shipped via UPS automatically includes up to $100 insurance. If you would like to include insurance on a USPS order, please contact us directly.  For FedEx orders, Dryerpods specifically, we insure each item for its appropriate value. 

Q.  What about Shipping -

Incorrect / Insufficient / Misdirected Address / Order Cancellation?

If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address or would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately with no problem. if your order has already been shipped via USPS, we must wait until delivery is attempted and then returned back to us before we can change the address or provide you with a refund - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will incur for reshipment. If your order has already been shipped via UPS, we can contact the carrier to reroute to the correct address - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional charges will incur for rerouting. In the case where a package is refused and shipped back to us, customers will be responsible for the original shipping charges.

Q.  Do you offer Returns & Exchanges?

A.  Within 30 days of payment: GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice and will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that for our refunds we offer store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. Custom items are not returnable.  Dryerpods are custom and not returnable.  Please make sure to open and inspect your order within the 30 day period - as any claims cannot be made thereafter. Please note that sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Return the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct on the invoice. There's no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges; we'll just ask that you pay for the return postage.

To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #. Upon receipt of the shipment, DRYERPODS AND GREEN LAUNDRY SHOP will contact you by email to confirm your website/ store credit. Please reference your RMA number when calling to check on the status of your return.

Q.  What about Custom Items?

A.  All sales on custom items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items).We describe all custom items, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible, If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase.

Q.  What about Damaged or Defective Merchandise?

A.  Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Email for a return authorization on damaged items.

Q.  What if something is Out Of Stock?

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case, please click and fill out the Request Re-stock Notification form on the item page.  We will do our best to re-stock what we are able to, but many of our items are one-of-a-kinds and can not be re-stocked. 

Q.  What about Sales & Promos?

Please note that we do not offer rain checks if an item which is discounted, on sale, or out-of-stock at the time of the promotion.
